Important Information and Disclaimer
- Visa Assistance:
The Celestial Church of Christ Canada Diocese will not facilitate visa processing for attendees from visa-required countries. No fees will be collected for visa assistance, nor has the Diocese authorized any third-party representation for this purpose. - Exclusions:
- Registration costs do not include accommodation, flight tickets, or transfers.
- Refunds are not available for convention tickets purchased except for visa refusal (see FAQ 4).
- Pre-Event Requirements:
All attendees must:- Pay the convention registration fee.
- Secure accommodation via the convention website (for out-of-town attendees).
- Present a convention scanning code for entry into the venue.
- Border Entry Documentation:
Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA) officers may request proof of payment for registration and accommodations at the port of entry. - On-Site Policies:
No cash payments or ticket purchases will be accepted at the convention venue.
